Article 2 - Access to the Site

These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the terms of access and use of the TrustSeekr service, a website analysis platform for detecting potential scams.

Use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU.

Article 3 - Content of the Site

TrustSeekr provides:

• Automated website analysis (trust score, warning signal detection)
• Collaborative encyclopedia of known scams
• Community voting and contribution system
• Price comparison with suppliers (dropshipping products)
• PDF report export (premium subscriptions)

⚠️ Important: TrustSeekr is a decision support tool. Results are indicative and do not constitute an absolute guarantee. The user remains responsible for their choices.

Article 4 - Site Management

4.1 Registration

Accessing the service requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4.2 Quotas and Credits

Unused credits are not carryover and are reset daily.

Article 5 - Responsibilities

5.1 Pricing

Prices are shown in Euros including VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen option.

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your bank details.

5.3 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on a non-material medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.

Article 6 - User Content

The user agrees to:

• Use the service according to its intended purpose
• Not attempt to bypass service limitations
• Not use the service for illegal or malicious purposes
• Respect the intellectual property of TrustSeekr
• Not publish defamatory, hateful or illegal content
• Not create multiple accounts to bypass quotas

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

The contributions of users (votes, comments, wiki articles) are published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

By contributing, you grant TrustSeekr a worldwide, non-exclusive, free license to use, host, and display your content.

Article 8 - Personal Data

TrustSeekr shall not be held liable for:

• Decisions made by the user based on the provided analysis
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in analysis results
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Acts of third parties (hacking, phishing, etc.)

The total liability of TrustSeekr is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal

TrustSeekr reserves the right to moderate, delete or modify any user content that does not comply with these GTU, without notice or compensation.

In case of serious or repeated breach, the user account may be suspended or permanently deleted.

Article 10 - Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These GTU are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.

Article 12 - Modifications

TrustSeekr reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site.
